Our $350.00 Cabana Way outdoor patio cantilever umbrella lasted one season. One umbrella rib pocket failed completely, and a few more rib pockets are fraying. They are located farthest front the base at the front of the umbrella where there is more strain on the pockets. The tiny little plastic insert at the end of the ribs is not enough to protect the fabric from the metal, and it gave way. We sent a complaint to Cabana Way, and this was their very unsatisfactory reply: “We can suggest having a local alterations or shoe repair shop, mend or sew new pockets onto your umbrella canvas. The canvas of the umbrella can be removed from the frame so that it can easily be folded up and taken into a repair shop.”We do not recommend this product or this company. I am pleased with the result; however there was a slight tear in the awning and a piece of the base was cracked off. I was able to pot the two pieces of the base together & the screw held it in place. I whip stitched the tear together because by the time I saw it I had already packed the wet sand in the base. I did not want to take it all apart to ship it back. Make sure to check EVERYTHING before assembling. We are in a windy area but I think it will work for us when we need it.

I just received it and the first thing I could not help but notice the $299.99 Bed Bath & Beyond pricing sticker as well as the packing slip.I do not know the quality of the product as of yet, as this was a purchase in preparation of the coming pool season. Knowing that I paid over $95 of the price tag stuck to the box, before I even open the box, is not very promising of the quality of the contents

I still have the packed cushion near connection .It broke. There are no replacement available to place order for the canopy. Its just lying in my backyard like junk and non functional .

the mechanism to open is a rope that frayed and broke, making it worthless. The fabric rotted and pitfalls overJust cheap Chinese garbage.

Love my umbrella. Very happy. Even though I weighted the base as directed, I needed to attach base to my deck with 4 deck screws which was easy makes it even more stable. Very easy to open and close and love the solar lights.

Lovely, however many parts missing and inferior to the one I got at Home Depot.
