While the first purchase of these arrived melted together in a big lump, the second purchase (after I complained) arrived very fresh and tasted good.

I love Maltesers ever since I was in England. I been purchasing these from various online sellers. My bag arrived today, and it was flat instead of the bouncy candies I love so much. Because of the summer heat the entire bag melted, and all the candy balls have turned into one big goo. I don't blame the seller but gee there has to be a way to ship items like these in dry ice packs. Just a suggestion. But I know in the future to only order these in the winter. So, I placed the bag in the freezer and will enjoy my flat Maltesers this afternoon!

I usually buy this product from another vendor but this vendor estimated to arrives quickly. So I went with it. The product arrives quickly however, it has been melted and all beat up. It tasted old, and stale and no cursh and I ended up throwing it away. It was expensive. No refund / No return policy! Sucks, don't buy from here!

I am obsessed with these small balls! I first had them when I was visiting Australia and they are very difficult to find an and I was so tickled to find them on Amazon! If you love my balls, these are a must have!

It's a glorified malt ball. A friend in England enjoys them, so I thought I'd try them. Good!

I was excited to receive my order of these chocolates, but unfortunately they arrived melted and separated. The chocolate shell had come apart from the filling and the pieces were deformed by the time I opened the package. While the filling still tasted delicious after chilling, the presentation and texture were disappointing. I hope the seller improves their shipping methods or insulation, because when handled properly, these chocolates have excellent flavor

I love Maltesers much more than Whoppers and find them as delicious as Brach's Malted Milk Balls due to the ratio of extra delicious chocolate to the malt center. I was so disappointed to open the bag to a solid mass of product. Not only had all the chocolate melted and turned the candy into a gummy mass, the bite I spooned out was stale enough that I doubted it melted on the part of shipping that came directly to me. I hope I can find another seller/shipper for these.
