Update:I sent an email to the company that has replied my comment, I described them that I can fix this product myself, but they insisted on the fact that it has a replacement warranty, they sent me a new one, It is about 5 months now and there is no problem about this one, so far there was no problem.As I have digged into the old one that I had, I have a suggestion for the company, I believe they should put some kind of heat insulation in between of the inside and outside wall of the oven, the reason that it takes long to reach to above 400 degrees is very high rate of heat transfer that this device has.Concluding I love it again!Old comment:Headline: It was good but lasted only 20 times of usage.I was very happy to buy this I did a lot of search and at last bought it based on my prejudice for Black and Decker, the first impression was it seems nice but it takes a lot to get to the temperatures about 400.In 5th usage, it started to act, i didn't hear the bell. So bell stopped after 5th time of use, I thought maybe it shouldn't go to 450 degrees. So stopped making burgers with it.Then after 20th time of the use it stopped working completely, it seems that timer is not starting it, because the Toaster timer turns it on and everything is fine but oven timer is not turning anything on.And importantly its inside walls are not steel, they are aluminum!

So far no problems and easy to use

This oven works fantastically well! It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and has a sleek design that looks great in my kitchen. The controls are easy to use, and it has plenty of useful features.The only downside is that it’s a bit expensive compared to similar models. While the quality is excellent, I expected a slightly lower price.

This thing is so good I decided to do my very first Amazon review ever. If the measurements fit in your space area, buy it. Yes, it gets hot on top … Duh. It's stainless steel inside and out, eventually will get inside stains that will not come out. Will NOT accommodate a 13x9 tray, will accommodate a 12W x 11D tray. Rotisserie is for 3.5 lbs chicken or 5 lbs roast maximum. Spend 5-10 minutes READING the provided instructions and you will be okay, 1500 powerful watts for quick start. Has a pizza bump in the back to accommodate a 12" pizza, comes with 2 pizza rails, you could bake 2 pizzas at a time, instructions tell you to swap the upper and lower trays while in the middle of baking the 2 pizzas. Ordered the thing on a Thursday and to my surprise arrived in 2 days even with the free shipping. Yes, you're welcome.

Nice while they last.The first one stopped heating food.The second one, the door broke after 20 months of light use. The metal hinge on the right hand side, broke and the door now hangs by one hinge.A nice product ruined by poor quality.

I cannot imagine why I hadn't considered a toaster oven long ago, to make easier work of preparing meals and snacks for our retired 2-person household. This Black & Decker takes up little space on the counter, looks really nice and works just great! Whether we want toast in the morning, a few cookies in the evening, a pizza or a baked or rotisserie dish for our evening meal, it is our go-to appliance already, after a few weeks of owning it. It is easy to clean, is faster to heat than my regular oven, and cooks food as fast. There was a bit of a learning curve with the multiple controls, but even my husband is a pro at using it now. My only regret is, I wish I had bought it several years ago because it is such a time-saver.

I had one for about a year before the door came off. Liked it enough to order another but may not if this one follows suit.

I received this toaster oven/convection oven, it is great. I had read the reviews which several said they had a hard time with which settings to use. I had no problem figuring it out, it is actually quite easy. Love that it is a little deeper and you can put a 12 in pizza in it. It did toast very good and the toast toasted great. I have made biscuits, muffins, chicken, toast and french fries in this oven and had no problem. I bought it for a camper and now I can not wait for spring so we can take it to the camper and try it out there. I have not used the rotisserie yet, but I do plan to.
