Works great for heavy shedding dogs and hardwood or linoleum floors. The vacuum doesn't learn. It goes in patterns for hours and gets around pretty well. On average it gets over 60of my apartment cleaned up, but only after I remove anything that could potentially clog it. I don't mind doing maintenance on it. You should pull hair out of the brushes every few days.

I like the robot. The price is extremely reasonable. It does an adequate enough job. When I had a problem with the robot, customer service couldn't be better. If you can accept it is worth what you pay for, then you will enjoy what you get. My floors are clean from dog hair and that is what I really needed.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who lives a hectic life but had it delivered my home to check it out, charge it fully and prepare its use in advance.I have an inexpensive 'bumper' robot with no radar or remote and using it daily in an enclosed space of hard-flooring, it collects just about every bit of detritus on the floor after a few runs.I also have a medium priced SLAM 'radar' unit which is pretty-well perfect for hard-flooring and short-pile carpets. It maps the various rooms and returns to base to recharge when needed. It cleans the floor exceedingly well.So with this background, I felt I could be objective about this Eventer robot vacuum and give it a quick run after the initial charge.It comes with a handheld remote and no internet App, so there's no chance of any potential tracking via the internet. The robot has a voice acknowledgement to orders or instructions given, although it's in a rather quiet Chinese accent.In limited timed performance, it cleaned rather well but in automatic mode, it did seem to cover the same area repeatedly but overall, collected dust from a previously cleaned area! It's also very quiet in operation and automatically returns to base to re-charge as required.It arrived well packaged, with a spare pair of side-brushes and two mopping-pads and a spare HEPA filter. The tool to remove hair from the main brush, is neatly stored atop of the dustbin and there is a UV light-bar underneath, behind the tracking of the main sweeper. It also has a 15 month warranty.On this short-test basis, I felt confident in it being suitable for my friend's home which has mostly hard floors on the five-rooms on one level and will give an update once she has used it herself.One slight negative I noticed is that the bristles from one side-brush, seemed to fall out of the holder quite quickly but as the are a spare pair within the package, it did not hamper the unit's performance.
