Sensa Weight-Loss System Two Month 1 Shakers, DVD, 30 Quench Packets, Neoprene Case

All my life I've struggled with my weight. I have a borderline thyroid issue & losing weight is an absolute battle for me.I've gone on the carb counting, low fat eating plans & even cut out sugars, most processed foods & started an exercise regime. Still no weight loss. In fact, the more I tried to lose, the more weight I gained. The moment I would stop eating on a restricted eating plan the weight would come back double.Well, here I am now telling everyone out there that this stuff works. I have been on diet pills, carb blockers, fat blockers... you name it. I've downed the shakes, tried the bars... Nothing worked for me like this product does.I ordered this pack with the 2 shakers & starter pack of the powdered drink. I keep one shaker in my purse, and the other right next to the salt shaker at home. Everything I eat I sprinkle Sensa on. Be creative, sometimes you have to be. :) Stick to it, because if you don't sprinkle every time you will fall out of the habit.Right away I noticed my appetite was shrinking. The very first weeks are hard, that I will tell you. I was hungry just an hour after eating & would again eat a little more (still sprinkling) and feel bad because I was still eating when this product said it would curb my appetite. I stuck to it. Day after day I continued to sprinkle Sensa on everything I ate & I do watch to make sure that I am not putting too much unhealthy food into my body.The first week I lost 1 pound. Well, to some that is nothing, but to me when I have not been able to lose anything, but instead continue to gain weight one pound is great!My advice is to stick to it. Sprinkle on everything. Watch what you eat, this won't work if you are stuffing your plate with junk food all day, sprinkling this on cake for breakfast & pizza, a burger & fries for lunch. Be sensible with what you feed your body. Get in the habit of always using this. I even ordered the chews to help out in between meals & really they are just the right amount of sweet to keep my sugar cravings down & they do work to curb appetite. The chews are super soft, easy to chew & not like taffy or anything that will stick to your mouth. The chocolate are like a tootsie roll & the berry ones are like a starburst. It also helps to drink the powdered mix in between meals, just to help fill you up & it offers a little bit of energy from the B complex vitamins in it.Consider what diet pills have in them, and if you go on a restricted diet, you will put on all the weight back once you stop. This is so simple. Sprinkle it on what you eat, and that's it. No harsh chemicals, no side affects.I'm learning now that it takes time to take the weight off & honestly I have 50 pounds to loose, and every time I get on that scale and see one more pound gone, instead of gained I am elated. No matter how slowly Sensa takes to help me take this weight off, I will continue to use this, because it is the only thing that has helped me lose weight.Hopefully it will work for you too.

I was able to use SENSA with no problems other than just remembering to USE it. I managed to lose 8 pounds in 16 days and then we were hit with horrible storms and everything in my life was put on hold. I simply have to start up again, which I will beginning this week.The beauty of SENSA is that its easy! There is no taste whatsoever and I found myself being hungry less often and being able to eat about half of what I had been by way of serving sizes. I keep bringing home half of my restaurant meals.I didn't restrict anything from my diet, but did try to make healthier choices. I have no complaints. Diets are only as good as the dieter. If you don't do your part, you can't expect a diet to work. I will order more for the next phase.

It seems to work fairly well, but you have to be careful about the measurement of the product. If you use too much, you may have GI distress and you may be making a fast run for the latrine!!! Just be careful about measuring the product properly and it will work just fine. It does make me feel a bit more full after eating only half of my serving. I was able to eat a small bowl of low card ice cream and I felt satisfied. I didn't go back and get two more servings (in a small bowl) like I usually do when I'm craving ice cream. I do like this product and I think I will add it to my low carb diet plan. I would definately recommend this product to those who are trying to stay away from stimulants like Dexatrim and Hodroxycut.

i ordered 2 of these - one for me and the other for my mother so we could do this together. i am 43 and she is in her 60's. we both have different body types, and different amounts that we wanted to lose. both of us were RELIGIOUS on putting this stuff on EVERYTHING! and even though it was said that we didn't have too, we cut out white breads, ate more salad (without all the toppings mind you). we didn't add to our workouts though, as both of us with our jobs, yard work, house work and so on give us over 10k steps a day, plus bending, and lifting.NOT ONE DAMN POUND was lost on either of us! if your smart, you'll keep your money as this system is NOT worth shaking your last dime over!really disappointed in this product!

I know a lot of people rave about this.....and people I personally know have had success this Sensa. But it didn't do anything for me (or my husband) and it was too complicated to use. You can't use it on a lot of "wet food" as the product would just melt or get lost in it. It is quite a rigid program. It has to be on TOP of the food and not inside the food. So, if you have a sandwich, it must be sprinkled on top of it and then you have to eat the sandwich sideways so the Sensa doesn't fall off. If you are patient with this product, I suppose it will help. There was no flavor or side-effects or anything else like that. But it wasn't for me.

I stayed on this faithfully for one month ... counted calories (1250 per day), and walked a mile after dinner 3 nights (avg.) per week. And? I actually GAINED weight. Not sure what's in this stuff, but I know I won't be taking any more of it and risking damage to my kidneys, etc. If I had lost several pounds, I might re-think taking it ... but I sure didn't buy it to GAIN weight. Disappointed.......

I have not used this faithfully, so cannot honestly report positive effects from this regimen. Unfortunately, my weight problem is largely due to prednisone which I take for rheumatoid arthritis and I have found nothing (yet) to assist in weight control/reduction.

I was skeptical when I purchased Sensa but let me tell you, it works!!! I lost 3 pounds in my first week. I felt full much quicker and my snacking has diminished. I haven't been able to lose any weight for months, so this was a wonderful boost for my confidence. Hope this helps those of you that may be on the fence... I know I was but now I'm a believer :D

I got the parcel today (well before January 28) but: no shaker, no DVD, NO neoprene case!!!! Not that I really need those, but still, once they were included in what I ordered, I expected to receive them.
