In the Delta it’s hot and humid. Drink at least one a day to stay hydrated. Works better for me than sports drinks. Also keeps me from getting leg craps when I swim.

I received the product on time. I have had 3 to drink to date, but 1 of those 3 tasted rancid, so I only took 2 sips of that one. I noticed the box for the rancid one was torn. However, not to the degree where it leaked. I am afraid to try the other boxes, but I am hoping it was just that one. 2 of the cartons were broken and the re was leakage in the box. We tasted all of them and they didn't taste good, like they had set in a very warm place and been spoiled. What a shame,
