Yes the photo represents the actual battery. It's an exact replacement for a 22.5 volt battery in my Geiger Counter and my Multimeter.

Will this battery work on the Regency tr1 radio and Regency Tr1g pocket radios

I can't say. I bought it to repair a 1970's military voltmeter I used while I was in the Army. The meter I purchased it for was a ME-77/U meter. This battery if I remember correctly is a 22.5 volt DC battery. The battery I was sent worked perfectly. I wish you the best with your project.

Can this battery be used on a very old japanese sanwa 360-ytr tester? 360-ytr uses the bl-015 22.5v. is this battery a replacement of the bl-015?

If your old battery is 22.5 volts and it fits in the Sanwa 360-ytr tester it will work. It fit in my Geiger counter and works fine.
