WORST 3D PRINTER EVER MADE
I wouldn't recommend this product to my enemy for the following reasons:1. After some use you will find the extruders jam quite easily2. Extruders will clog and you will not be able to locate the Teflon inserts to replace3. Impossible to find the right nozzles, so I had to modify what I could find to accommodate the Teflon sleeve4. My circuit board fried itself after only a month of use because the insulation on the thermocouple allowed it to short circuit with the heating element5. When I contacted the company for warranty support they were unwilling to accept that the board could be fried and told me it was the thermocouple, which I explained to them "I have already replaced this." There was no hope for diplomacy, only arrogance and ignorance returned to me.6. The extruders do not come pre-leveled with one another, and it takes a lot of tinkering to get it just right.7. They ripped off makerbot software and I hope they get sued into oblivion, and they ripped it off poorly at best as it often crashes.8. The bolts continually loosen themselves as they did not use any sort of lock washers, so your frame will loosen as you print9. Open cage, so the ABS warps terribly on large prints10. Something will always be broken and you will never stop working on it.I spent the money to buy this printer and the time to try to keep it working, so I lost much much more than just the cost of the printer. At least this piece of garbage is sized well enough to fit in a trash can! I ended up buying a M3D Micro Printer which has a very small build platform, but performs much much better. I found the dual extruder is unnecessary and hard to get properly aligned. If you do want one with a dual extruder may I suggest the Flashforge Dreamer, it is a far superior product.

BEST VALUE for the money....period
Just ordered my 3rd printer.....the other 2 are identical to this one. Easy to use.....couple things I'd like to mention:1) use the makerbot software, the rafts and support structure comes off easier than any other software I've used.2) even though it is a dual extruder head.....take one of the nozzles off and only use it as a single. using both extruders are slow, and unless the nuzzles are PERFECTLY LEVEL.......you'll be tearing you build off the plate everytime.3) print off the SD card slot only.....I have yet to have a failed print doing this, yet when hooked up to the computer I get about a 80% success rate.4) get your self kapton tape and use unscented AUQANET hair spray on the build platform to make sure the part sticks and not warp5) I've only used this for PLA......heating the bed to 50C and the PLA runs at 195C. Heating the bed to 80C (needed for ABS) seems to warp the bed as the aluminum plate is thin and heated only on the one side......I did buy a piece of 1/4" tempered glass that takes care of the issue, but there is a little more involved to make clearance for the extra thickness. I just decide to run PLA only.....really easy and no smell.6) I typically print at .2mm thickness.....and .1mm really cleans up nice, but will double your print times.7) IMPORTANT!!!!.......yes, it is a wood frame......I was skeptical about it......honestly, the only maintainence I've done is tighten some screws every now and then.....especially if the humidity have been low.FYI......my other 2 printers are pretty much running 24/7 and have been since Jan/2015You really won't find a 3d printer that gives better print quality unless you are willing to go with SLA or spend $5000I've had the ROBO 3D.....they run $800 and don't hold a candle to this machine
