Good value for money but not perfect
I bought this to replace an older existing power rack. First impression were that it was easy to put together, it took me about 45 minutes to put it together using a spanner and a ratchet socket. The rack looks a lot nicer than my previous one as this is black and it looks smart. The welds on closer inspection looked a bit agricultural in places but they look functional. The powder coat looks nice but it scratches really easily as the coating looks only microns thick. For instance I placed some weights on the weight holders and the holders scratched very quickly. When assembled the rack seems pretty sturdy, certainly tough enough for me. The rack depth is a little small so you don't have the most spacious area to work out in. I found with good mornings that I was close to hitting the catch pins. I'm 5'11", if you were taller than 6'3" I think you might have an issue working in this rack. The pulley mechanism works well. I didn't know what the utility bar was for but after some research I found that you can use it to support your leg off the ground when doing single leg exercises like Bulgarian squats. I can't really see much use for it though so mine just sits on the side. I like the way the catch pins mount, you insert them through the rack hole and then turn through 90 degrees to lock them in place. I bought the optional dip bar add ons and they work well. I would have liked them a bit narrower for me personally.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend this rack. For the money it is very good value and the rack is well made.

Looking to have a gym in your home buy this !
The Mira fit Power rack cage is a great piece of equipment. I put this into my gym workout space and have to say its one of the best pieces of equipment I have ever bought. The quality is good for the price and I would say this would suit any home gym. This is good however not commercial standard, as the frame is too weak for a commercial gym.The other features of the cage are the cable pulley system, I can do pretty much every exercise lat pull down, back rows. Only issue with this is that you are restricted with the weight loads I would say the maximum load is around 100kg, also the bars that hold the weights are 1 inch bars for the smaller weighted plates. Of course you can use the olympic style plates as I do, but these will move around and aren't a tight fit to the bar.I do like the added connection bars for holding the plates which are located at the back of the frame. The power cage is ideal for bodyweight exercises like pull ups, chin ups and hanging knee raises. For the price you cant go wrong.

Quality, strength and value. Noice!
High gloss Black finish looks awesome. Well made for an entry level rack. The cage/frame is easy to put together, gets a little more fiddly putting the pully system in place, it's the pully wheels and cable that need the attention and focus as you have to fit them together in sequence. If you have someone that can help, it will be quicker. I did the whole thing alone and it took just over an hour but most of that time is taking off the packaging. Now that it's built and operational I love it. It's not as tall as I thought it might be which is good in my garage but it's footprint is quite big once you have a few plates on the storage bars and on the pully. Chuffed to bits overall as now I can bench & squat heavy in safety at home.

Bargain!
This is a great piece of kit. Easy enough to assemble. I searched everywhere for a decent power cage with a pulley system and the prices can be ridiculous. At £178.99 this is a bargain. I don't normally leave reviews but felt this deserves it. The only issue I have had is the bench I brought for this is very long and as the depth of the cage isn't that big I am unable to do incline presses within the cage. Flat or decline presses are fine. Something to think about when purchasing the bench.

Overall I'm happy with it must only gripe is the pully system ...
Overall I'm happy with it must only gripe is the pully system gets in the way for spotters when benching and also gets in your way for squatting from normal position I've figured tho squatting from the opposite side to pully you can get a spotter in easy but you will have to go easy on the bench for that reason I'll knock a star off but it is solid.

Excellent valve and solid build quality
Excellent piece of equipment only thing is I had to buy a longer bar minimum 6ft but would recommend to anyone feels a lot safer doing squats inside the rack

Good shtuff
Excellent quality product. Only complaints i would have, there are no numbers beside the holes for so hard to see if bars in same holes. & bar for holding legs down while using lat pull down moves around too much.
