I use a BBQ frequently and wanted a 4 burner with side burner in S/S. This ticked all the boxes. It was easy to assemble and the unit has a even spread of heat and very few flair ups. I was disappointed that I could not get an additional cast iron grid and the "Free Cover" is very flimsey, it tears easilly and is too small for the unit.Overall Ive used it a lot and am very happy with my purchase.

I'm used to assembling things - but this took 2 hours. As usual the instructions were poor. Don't manufacturers ever test these things? It cooks very well but is a bit flimsy and non-stainless parts bend easily.

I received this BBQ in April and all seemed ok. However after the 3rd time of using it, it went on fire. The flames were very strong, luckily my son is a firefighter and was with us at the time to see to it. The BBQ is now damaged but still in working order. After some thought we used it again some weeks later but the same thing happened although it was not as bad as the first time. We took a good look at the structure and can see that the drip tray for the fat is to shallow and is to close to the burners.I have contacted Billy Oh who have offered me £12 partial refund as there is no more stock. They later offered me £20.They will not replace the BBQ as the item has been used. This is a strange statement to make.I am unhappy with the companies reply and will most certainly be seeking advice and taking this further.I am not say all BBQs of this model are faulty but please be aware if purchasing or using this product due to what happened to ours. The situation could have been tragic had we not kept our eye on the BBQ at all times.

Feels very cheap, I feel it will start to rust very quickly. It was quite a challenge to put together too. Delivery was very slow with very little information provided. Wish I had spent a bit more and got a John Lewis bbq.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased this gas BBQ as the other ones we reviewed within our price range had mixed feedback.We were in touch with the vendor to confirm the delivery date and the communications were great.Assembly was quick following the guide provided with the BBQ.We have the model with the four burners and the side burner. It is a big toy with great looks. What I call the cooking chamber seems to be made of stainless steel mixed with aluminium, it seems very well made with good materials specially where it matters.The cooking area has a heat plate and a grill, each has two burners, as the guide explains, you light the burners using the second burner from left to right.The side burner seems okay, we prefer to use a third party lighter instead of the built in. The reason is that with our lighter it starts the very first time and with the built in lighter it might not.I think the removable drip tray makes a lot easier to clean after you have done the cooking. We made the mistake of having the BBQ on slabs that were uneven and because that reason the drip tray accumulated the fat on a single corner and dropped some of the fat from the burgers on the floor; we learned the lesson and since then it has been all peachy. Therefore, if you have the BBQ on an even surface; that should not happen to you.In short, this is a nice BBQ at a reasonable price. We are using it very often since we purchased it.

Incorrect parts have been delivered asPart no 11 is not the right length and consequently the doors will not close as shown in the photo. Therefore it cannot be fully assembled

This arrived really quickly, packaged well in a large heavy box. Once opened, I realised it was going to take some patience to put it all together. It took 2 of us about 2 hours to get it sorted. So make sure you have plenty of space outside to lie all the pieces out so you can find each part easily. The instructions aren’t too bad but you just have to take one step at a time & eventually, it all comes together.

The lid is a bit flimsy and was a bit twisted when I assembled it but I managed to rectify it without too much trouble, but apart from that it seems to be a very good piece of kit. the cooking surfaces are easy to clean unlike some bbq's I have had.
