Anyone experience the bar rolling forward when lifting?

If the bar is rolling forward (up your back) when low bar squatting, it can be a sign of poor shoulder mobility, lack of tightness when lifting, bending over at the waist too much, or other technique issue. One possible fix is to go a high bar squat. Of course, this entire response assumes your rolling forward occurs when squatting.

can you use this bar for bench press

Yes. But if you bench press really heavy, your palm might hurt. So maybe you should wear gloves.

Has anyone used this as an alternative to eleiko’s? how do the snatches or c&j feel with these?

I do cleans and this bar is amazing. The grip on the bar feels great and the whip is also good. I never used Eleiko but I think this is an excellent bar for any Olympic training.

This bar says it’s for women but doesn’t it work for men just as well? Is the bar a smaller diameter or something?

The biggest difference between 15kg bar and 20kg bar is the weight. The length or diameter might be slightly different. So it doesn’t matter which one you use to workout. But would you wear a sweater that is made for women even though it might fit you? So if you are a guy, then I recommend using the 20kg bar.
