Vepotek Aquarium Tongs Multip Purpose Tool Grabbing for Salt Water, Fresh Water, Coral Reefs & Water Plant Tank

Great tongs for frag plugs and light duty aquarium work. The first lasted a year, even doing some heavier in water rock lifting if it was able to fit between the tongs. Finally broke when I tried to do much larger rocks trying to push it to open wider.I prefer these to the JBJ (and probably other similar ones) because the gap between the tongs is wider. This opens to 1-1/2" and the JBJ is only 1", which doesn't work well for frag plugs.

I use these in my saltwater aquarium to pick up knocked over corals and snails that fall upside down onto the sand. Good gripping power! Use them almost every day.I originally bought to pick hair algae, but they are not rough enough to grip the algae and it just slips through.

I bought this tool to reach the bottom of 200 gallon aquarium and minimize how far underwater I had to stick my hand. It is just right! One of the best priced, longer tools.

Sucks. Not good at all for plants or even attempting to nab dead fish in the aquarium. It’s completely made from plastic, I do not suggest this product to anyone until they make updates.
