It's pho-tastic
This is the best pho I have tried. I really enjoy eating it with Sriracha and a pack of red chili peppers. The flavors itself is delicious. I just love spicy food so I add the extra. My kids love it th way it is.

Always yummy
This is one of my fave noodle bowls it’s comforting taste 100x better than it smells (tbh I didn’t like the smell at first but over time I come to love it because it taste so good) I love the delicate rice noodles. The whole bowl is light in calories but high in sodium so I try and not drink the broth beyond a few sips. I have about 1 - 2 bowls a month because I worry about the sodium but if I could I would eat these every single day for the rest of my life. If I was to have a last meal this with a soft boils egg and some steak and a few shrimp tempura would be perfect. If you have a Costco get their shrimp tempura to go with it.

Instant pho bowl that is easy and tasty
This is a great choice for an easy meal at home or work. Just add hot water, cover back up with the lid, and in 5 mins the noodles are ready. Add some meat, vegetables, and additional seasonings in traditional pho to have a full satisfying meal. I’m Vietnamese and enjoy a good pho. For the price this is a very good instant noodle pho bowl. I would recommend this to any one who loves pho.

Best Pho Package Soup
I'm always on the search for a restaurant-quality Pho Beef package soup. Up to this brand (Vifon), Snapdragon was my go-to choice. Not so now that I have started eating Vifon Beef Pho. It has more liquid capabilities in the concentrate so that the noodles seem to be swimming in the liquid and not just gelling into a wet slurry. The taste is much closer to expectations than other packaged Pho Soups. The taste of Restraurant Pho is something that eludes all packaged Pho soups, but Vifon comes the closest to that taste of all of the brands I have tried. Don't assumme that it is a "close to Pho" interpertation, it's about a 75% bullseye...somewhat close but still not restaurant Pho broth...but....in the world of packaged beef Pho, pretty darn good, especially when you start adding in the "fixings". For me that is sliced beef, raw onions, basil, Hoisin, Soy Sauce, Pepper, white pepper, lime juice and chicken meatballs or sweet sausage chunks. I suppose you could say that my fixings would make a bucket of hot rusty water taste good but all in all, still cheaper than a trip to the Viet restrtaurant. In summary, Vifon Beef Pho is permanently on the shopping list.

Just OK
Quick and easy to make. Decent portion. Add a little Sambal or something to give a bit more flavor. Comes in a plastic container much frozen dessert topping, so a lot of plastic to get rid off.
