Great book
The Book of YES: The Ultimate Real Estate Agent Conversation Guide Review⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The Book of YES is an absolute must-read for any real estate professional, whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills. Kevin Ward has done an incredible job breaking down the art of conversation into practical, actionable scripts that work in real-life situations. What sets this book apart is how easy it is to follow and implement. The scripts are tailored for a variety of scenarios, from prospecting to closing deals, and they feel natural rather than robotic. The explanations behind each script also help you understand the psychology of communication, which has been invaluable in building my confidence and improving my results.Since using the techniques in this book, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my ability to handle objections and close deals with ease. It’s also boosted my ability to connect with clients on a deeper level, which has been a game-changer for building trust and rapport. If you’re serious about growing your real estate business, The Book of YES is worth every penny. It’s not just a book—it’s a tool that can transform your career. Highly recommend!

“Study it. Practice it. Implement it. Master it.”
I found Kevin Ward through his YouTube videos. After watching several videos, I knew I wanted more of the information he was providing. I added his channel to my saved channels, made a mental note to return to his videos after I passed my real estate exam, and forgot.Once I passed my RE exam, built a web presence, and was ready to launch my career, I knew it was time for training on “How to sell real estate” and “How to get Listings,” so I began my search for information. I read over 20 books utilizing my Amazon Kindle, in order to read them with lightning speed. I knew I needed more, but the coaches out there on the horizon just didn’t feel right for me. I watched many webinars searching for the right fit, until one day I saw Kevin Ward pop up in my Facebook feed. I felt an instant connection, and recognition. I only realized after watching his webinar the next day that he was the coach I found months earlier on YouTube, that I had forgotten about. I did not hesitate to invest in his FX Extreme online course, as I knew from watching the webinar that this was the best fit for me. My main draw was the NO B.S. (NO Gimmicks, tricks, or dishonesty) approach and that he provided scripts for talking with clients - honestly, in my opinion, the single most important valuable item needed to start a career in real estate, is what to say to potential clients, and how to say it.As I started the program, which consists of instructional videos along with supplemental pdf documents for your RE business, I noticed Kevin referring to his book many times. Although he provides the scripts in his FX Extreme course, I wanted to read the book to get a greater insight, and... am I glad I did. I believe that it may be possible for a person to implement the powerful program Kevin is teaching in “The Book of Yes” by learning the provided scripts, practice, and then put it into action within their RE business… BUT honestly, for me… the book is just a great tool to have in addition to the FX Extreme course. It can also be a great way to see if Kevin Ward’s coaching style is for you first... at a much lower cost, before investing more. I may have done it backwards, but I firmly believe this was the best training for launching my real estate career.Highlights from the book:“Your job is to deliver results for the clients who hire you.”“When your highest interest is the client's best interest...now you have true power.”“The ultimate rapport is collaboration to achieve a common goal.”“More practice equals more skill.”“Study it. Practice it. Implement it. Master it.”

Kevin Ward, the Napoleon Hill of Real Estate!
Napoleon Hill and the other great masters of Success Motivation and Positive Thinking laid the groundwork years ago on how your mind and actions can bring you the success that you desire. If internalized and put into action, they have given you a virtual blueprint for success. Kevin has brought the same level of greatness (and I believe his book will become a similar classic) to the field of Real Estate.I originally became familiar with Kevin through his online videos. My wife, (who is from Asia and English is her second language), originally obtained "The Book of Yes" from an associate at her office. She asked them "with all the Training available here, why do I need this book"? Her Team Leader replied "read it and you will know". I was skeptical. But she read it, internalized the scripts, and put them into action. The results were unbelievable. Her sales almost doubled. I was no longer a skeptic. From the "get-go", Kevin starts with honesty, integrity, and "No BS". You will find no sleazy half-truths in these scripts. Everything is predicated on being honest and upfront, with benefit to both you and your customer. Following these scripts is a win-win, that will make you feel good about your profession, make your customers happy, and make you more sales and income. More than you imagine. It is NOT a difficult path. If my wife, (for whom English is her second language), can do it, so can you. If I, (who have had less than one year in the Real Estate Industry), can do it, so can you. But, you must DO IT! Buying the book and leaving it on the coffee table won't help. Reading it through quickly and deciding which parts you "agree" with will help very little. But buying it, reading it, and INTERNALIZING it (as if you were an actor memorizing a script) WILL bring you success. And, if you want an additional "jump start", find Kevin's videos online (most of them free) and study his philosophy of success. You can do it. The hard work has been done. The Blueprint has been written. It works. Just do it!

Great Investment - Buy It!
I just received the book and just became a realtor. So I have not been able to put these scripts into use. That is the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars. Nevertheless I can tell you that you get so much bang for the buck with this book. I have spoken to sales training companies that wanted to charge me around $8,000 over a 27 month period (about $300 a month) for general sales training. However, with Kevin's book you are getting more realtor specific sales training for the measly cost of a few cups of coffee. His book is straight forward and very simple to read and understand. You can't go wrong here.
