How long did this toner last for you? Looking to go from a level 8/9 to a icy almost platinum color

This toner is very lilac colored! Especially on heavily bleached hair. I love this toner but it only stays purpley for about two weeks. Slowly fades into an awesome platinum!

Do i have to use the blond brilliance creme oil infusion developer or can i just use a regular one?

I used Salon Care (Sally's Beauty Supply) 10 vol creme developer and it came out perfect!

Better than wella

This stuff beats the **** out of wella toners. EVEN coverage. Actually does something to your hair. Not as damaging as wella. I am very very pleasantly surprised by it and have purchased and used it 4x now from various sellers. Very happy with this product.
