Paint Mishaps, Buyer Beware.
I'd take some pics if my phone wasn't so bad. Let's start positively. The articulation is stiff. To me its a sign, that unlike lets say... a Gundam with polycaps for example, that tells me this thing will STAY in its position for a long time. In fact the arms feature a ratchet-like design so it stays nice and tight. The likeness to the anime/manga is spot on even without the black shadow stylizations fans have come to attribute to All Might. It goes to show how an American manufacturer is able to nail something that, for the most part, is abstract considering MacFarlane's history. The one positive and negative feature is a connecting piece between the arm and torso. All Might's Golden Age costume lends itself to one problem to figure design for posable figures. The red and white stripes accent these key moving parts. So the solution MacFarlane made was to make it so you can swivel it into place when you get your arm in the position of choice. It's again, nice to see the aknwoledgment but it is a little finnicky. My biggest complaint is paintjob. This admittedly is my first MacFarlane figure, I am unaware of the quality of other figures and I'd bet some money that MK11 Scorpion is more up to the manufacture's alley. Nevetheless, All Might has BOLD colors and unlike a Predator's skin where paint blotches can fall into ambigiousness given its design, theres some egregious errors on the paint. There's minor spots missing where the white in his pecs cave in, bleeding between the yellow "guantlet" and blue forearm. Some scuffs on his thighs and fists proved annoying as now, someone used to Figma, need to detail get to that quality. My Hero Academia isn't my favorite show, I have some reservations regarding the attitudes of its fans and author. However, this IS the shonen to this most current generation and rightfully so. The fans deserve a better All Might as details like this are more critical than poses. Don't believe me? Go on Crunchyroll or GoodSmile and see the detail in the statues, it's some top work. Especially with All Might being iconic and falling into the mainstream recognition, I felt the laziness in quality control for the paint is unwarrented.Again I'd take pictures if I could but my lighting and phone don't do the figure fair criticism. So just buyer be warned. I got it EASY compared to those who seemingly preordered. I've seen blue splots the size of nickles on the white.Otherwise, it poses well, has great shelf pressence, and with some love he can look just as good as a Japanese figure. I gave it four stars simply because of my luck. If it was worse, I'd deduct more depending on the severity.

Some parts come off easly.
THe product is nicely sculpted and if you are a fan of My hero academia this is a great figure, but some things need some work, the moment I opened the figure one of the arms came off, and then the head, no the head is supposed to be removable, but it came off super easy, and the arm itself is not supposed to come off, only the wrist come of to replace the hands, but I poped the arm back in and it hasn't come off yet, now some articulations are stiff, not to the point that you feel it might break, but they are stiffer than your average marvel legends. The good stuff is they capture the style of the animation in a great way, also Mcfarland has tried to blend in the articulation so it seems as seamless as possible and the sculpting and painting are fantastic, the detail on the figures is amazing. My only other con is the scale, I bought all might from the same line, and it feels that the scale is off, even though it is a 7" scaled figure but you compare it to the rest which is younger teenagers, All might feel too small compared to this figure.

A little akward but still great!
This guy has great articulation for the price. He can pivot, bend, and twist in so many directions, and is a great relative size match to the Figma Deku. Big guy has arthritis right out of the package, so he needs to be de-stiffened in some warm water to get movingProportion wise, he's a little weird? Though All Might has bulky proportions in manga/anime, this particular toy's head is just a little too small. It makes him look more akward than appropriately exaggerated. Something must have happened in translation from the original sculpt by Fabiano Coelho. I think he wasn't sculpted with the arriculation. That was probably added after, causing some elongation.I wish the suit pattern wasn't so simplified from the raised design of the original sculpt. It might not have left the toy with so-so paint applications. From the All Might I received. There were a few little knicks and scratches, but I expect that to possibly occur between moving parts. There's some green in areas too where the blue wasn't fully applied over yellow. But, again I really don't mind that much since I have the means to touch up my collectables.Overall, he's still pretty great for taking photos with other toys! He just needs a few adjustments. Luckily this big guy looks highly customizable.

A few issues but good figures!
I'm very glad I bought all three of these figures. However, the only issues I have are with the Midoriya figure. His right arm is very loose and comes off fairly often when I'm trying to pose him, though it's easy enough to pop back in. His alternate head doesn't fully fit properly as well but it's easy enough to swap out.As for All Might and Bakugo, I don't have any major complaints. Overall, they're all great figures for someone who doesn't have the money for the more expensive alternatives (Figma, etc.) I'd recommend them for sure, it would be five stars if not for the defects on Midoriya.Edit: All Might is missing paint in spots but it's not too much of a problem for me.

Not exactly as shown
Bought this action figure for my son. I give props to Amazon, this wasn’t supposed to arrive until after Christmas, however it came before, so that’s a plus. However...... it wasn’t the exact one shown in the pictures. The one we received did not come with an interchangeable face. Instead, he has the meaner looking face. His clothes and face contain purple marks that resemble lightning bolts, none of which is depicted in the photos. He did come with one additional set of hands. My son was still happy with it, just a little disappointed in not getting exactly what was expected (hence the 4* review).

SMASHHHH!!!!!! A good quality Deku figure!
This Deku figure is amazing, it’s great for collections displays and more. Also swapping out the hands and head to make new poses is incredibly fun! But it is a little bit fragile, overall I think it’s a pretty great figure!

Worthless Junk
This figure arrived with chipped paint on the nose, red blotches on the white ''V'' shape on his torso, a white blotch on the arm. Absolutely worthless as the display piece that I wanted it for.Worse than that though is the overall cheap feeling of it that would make me very reluctant to actually give it to someone to use as a toy should that be the reason I bought it. This thing is one play session from falling apart.Very disappointed tbh. McFarlane Toys used to sell quality merchandise back in the day. Today they are selling Poundland quality for 25X the cost.

Great detail but not the most poseable
The detail on this figure is really great, however, if you’re looking for something to pose and move a lot I wouldn’t recommend this. The arm on mine pops off whenever moved slightly upwards and other joints were very stiff out of the box. The hair was also very stiff and difficult to remove and put on the second head. Overall, a great figure for displaying on the shelf but not for messing with.

Smmmasssshhhhhh!!!!!
The figure itself has great articulation and paint and looks fantastic on display. Out of the two head sculpts, I’d definitely choose the more angry / fired up Deku. The power up effect is also such a great touch up! I’d recommend watching YouTube vids, pre purchasing as swapping the heads isn’t as easy has you’d think it is.

Very disappointing.
Figure was broken at the waist before even being removed from the box. Not great for my niece, who was very excited to play with it on Christmas morning. Looking at the packaging I can’t see an obvious way it could have been damaged in transit, just poorly made.
