Very easy to install, took me maybe 10-15 minutes. One key for the installation is to make sure the center of the top Velcro strip is a little higher than the outside corners. This ensures that the magnets will close automatically when you pass through. I actually cut the top strip in half so I could angle it up subtly. The way I hung it, there’s maybe a quarter to a third inch rise from the edge of the door to the center. So 1/4-1/3 inch rise over about 18-24 inches.The glue is strong and has held up through heat and rain so far. The magnetic sealing works great and always shuts by itself. It’s really cut down the bugs that get in the house, especially with the dogs going in and out.If you do have dogs, they have no problem getting through the screen and it closes nicely around them. Our smaller dogs just go under the screen.I should mention that I didn’t extend the Velcro tape all the way down on the sides and chose to stop it about 2 feet above the threshold. This leaves room for the dogs to exit or enter at the sides. I wasn’t sure the dogs would figure out how to get in and out but now they’re fine with it and I probably could have taken it all the way down the sides. I bought 2 of these and so far I’m very happy with them.Just be aware that when you eventually decide to pull the Velcro tape off your door frame, you will most likely have to repaint the door frame as the paint will probably come off. But that’s the trade off for having a strong glue holding it up.

Very nice screen that fits well on our patio door with side lites. Seems well made, good quality for the cost. Installation was pretty straight forward, the hook and loop (velcro) has an adhesive backing. After mounting with velcro, I added supplied tacks to help keep it mounted in case the adhesive starts to give out in the AZ heat.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works good, but the magnets stick to everything, so be aware if you have a metal door.

Five. Stars this magnetic door screen perfect for in and out. The key is running a keys out mosquitoes spiders produce frogs everything this is an excellent purchase and also from his company we bought just plain screen to screen in my mom’s porch. Absolutely beautiful it work I mean you’re beyond what I expected.

BEST INVESTMENT EVER! With 2 kids that can’t seem to close the door behind them it has been a game changer! Significantly less flies getting into the house because the door is left open. Also makes it easy to get in and out with both hands full!

This allows us to keep our French door front door open for fresh air, but keeps the bugs out. Magnet openings are great to get open but close behind you. Installing was super easy. The color is perfect being subtle and transparent. Works awesome for what we need it to do. Perfectly sized for our double open French door.

Yay! It works! High quality ,and the unit attaches well to the frame and the mesh screens connect well at mid-line with easy hands/free movement in out. t has a striking, handsome appearance, and since the pre-fab mesh screen I ordered on AMZ [too late to return :-( ] for the single back door does not fit/ work, we will place a second order here even though it costs more for custom order, what’s the point of paying for something that does do the job? I spent way too many hours searching among pre-fabs. Thank you very much!
