Lakeland Eclipse Cream Barstool Breakfast Kitchen Bar Stool

Bought 2 in May 2014. By December they were wobbly. We identified the reason as being the circular plate welded to the base, which houses the stool rod. The metal is of insufficient quality, and tears were showing in both stools (but not 2 similar stools we'd bought elsewhere and had owned for nearly 5 years). WE contacted the sellers and were offered £8 so that we could repair them ourselves. We contacted various welders and couldn't find anyone who would be willing to fix them, let alone for such a small payment. We've gone back to the sellers and they've increased the offer to £10, but that's no use to us. One is so dangerous (on the point of snapping) that it's unusable. Looks like we'll have to try and get a refund through the courts.

Very comfortable to sit on with a bit of back support. Actually lighter than picture - was expecting it to be more of a cappucino colour but it's actually light cream - not a problem but may show marks more as time goes on. Really pleased - also bought two black ones and everyone says how nice they are!

Arrived very quickly and just great in my small kitchen. Colour nice cream colour and very comfortable great value as I saw several the same in local shops at between £39 and £59 so one very happy lady. would recomend

Absolutely love the stools. The colour is a nice winter white which matches with my kitchen kettle/toaster. They look lovely, easy to assemble.

The stools were just what we were looking for and arrived on just two days. Nice neutral colour and quite comfortable. My husband is worried they are not very stable but I've tried others and think they're similar. Easy to assemble. Overall happy with purchase!
