This is a quality product, great price, and works for us my husband‘s 67 and I’m 60. We don’t take it on the daily basis but it’s good to have in the cabinet when we do need it.

It does the job and this is why... my hubby has muscle cramps and restless legs. When he takes this with his amish cider vinegar drink the two are synergistic and it calms things. He never leaves home without it (especially on the airplane).

I've taken these for over a month and so far there's not a big difference in my leg cramps from my heavy hiking. But it's recommended for leg cramps so you may have better luck
