Buttons for Volume stick. Too thick to turn ringer/vibrate on and off without fingernails. I'm a guy, I don't have fingernails. I have to use my knife tip. Can't plug in my computer speakers in the AUX plug. The case is too fat and won't accept the plug (have to pull the case off). Absolute crap.

I am always dropping my phone on hard surfaces; concrete, hardwood floors, etc. I needed a case that was durable and reliable. When I was researching cases I came across this one, and read all the positive reviews. So I thought I would give it a shot. I am so glad I did. I have dropped my phone over ten times already on concrete sidewalk and in the street when exiting the car and this case protected my phone all the way. Not a nick or scratch anywhere. The case itself sticks out about an quarter inch so when you put it down the case is what’s resting on the surface. I would buy this case again and again. It was easy to put on and it fits in my back pocket no Problem! It isn’t bulky at all and the texture is smooth oh and I love the kick stand it has so I can use my phone hands free!
