Hard anodised small tadka pan
Have been using for a while now. It is sturdy and easy to make tadka for dal, sambhar, chutney etc. Compact in size also weight is appropriate, stable in gas stove & easy to handle

Product is good but it’s not stable on the gas stove.
The media could not be loaded. It’s 480 ml , 3.25 mm thick, 12 cm diameter. I love this product. I wish I can keep it but for my safety I return it . Because it’s not stable , it’s slippery. And I can’t to all job by one hand while I’m cooking something.I will buy a small pan instead of this with handles.

Must buy you can blindly go for it
Its a 240 ml cup, actually this my second purchase , we have bought it 4yrs back still is very sturdy and durable , and its one time investment ,You may think there is no stand while heating in gas stove , but anyway we are going to use very small quantity and it will stand , so for indian cooking its more than enough
