Amazing little gadget in current ubiquitous wireless world
I've never been much of a wired headphones carrier person. I used to have stereo Bluetooth headphones ready on my bag/jacket pocket, even as early as almost 11 years ago, in 2008, paired with my then Nokia phone, at the time when iPhone/iPod users were still heavily tied to their wired headsets. Then there were times I had to take weekly flights consecutively in 2 years. So, I had to switch to wired headphones, cause they used to say no wireless devices can be used on board of flights. I began carrying my own personal in-ear headphones and an airplane headphone socket dongle, cause most airlines provided headphones were not good: they have very minimal noise insulation, which often couldn't even withstand the noise of roaring jet engines. Not to mention if you care about the hygiene of those reused headphones.Fast forward 10 years to 2018, I don't carry my wired in-ear headphones anymore. True wireless headphone products are winning the crown. They are really practical: no wired needed and they are even charged wirelessly.I'm not much of a frequent flyer anymore. But still, I have to be ready in case I need to take flights. So, this is where the RHA Wireless Flight Adapter kicks in.This thing is so tiny. Very pocketable indeed. Together with my Samsung Galaxy Buds in their case don't add much bulk in my pocket or my tiny bag. The USB Type C charging port is also just right as all of my current gadgets have USB Type-C port. I have no complaints about its battery usage which they say could be used up to 16 hours. Still, I just wished they would ever come up with this kind of a wireless flight adapter which supports wireless charging.

Works well and feels surprisingly high quality. Sound quality is only okay.
I thought pairing would be a nightmare, but it is very straightforward. I tested a Sony WF-1000XM3 and a Sony WH-1000XM3. Both worked. Also cool that you can play to 2 bluetooth devices simultaneously. The product charges slightly slowly, but it supposedly lasts a long time (haven't stress tested that part). The overall quality and feel is surprisingly great. Even the flipping out audio jack has a nice ratcheting feel as it is moved making it feel like it will last a long time. However - the audio is notably staticy. Enough that any non-audiophile will notice, but not enough that you'd want to stop watching your movie on a plane unless you are a passionate audiophile which I am not.Overall happy with my purchase, but I hope they make a gen2 with better audio quality some day. But even then I wouldn't replace it unless this one died. It is fine.

High quality wireless adapter for blue tooth headphones.
I had initial problems pairing it to my Sony WH-1000-XM3 with the RHA but the problem turned out to be my own stupidity. I had to put the headphones into pairing mode as well for the RHA to recognize it. Once it was paired it worked great. It lasted about 12 hours of use on a flight to HK. I forgot to charge it and it wouldn’t work on the flight back. But since the USB power was next to the headphone jack, I used it and charged it at the same time (see the photo). The range, responsiveness, and signal strength were excellent. I took off 1 Star since I was expecting the 16 estimated charge.

Didn't realize what I was missing!!
I recently went on overseas flight on Austria airlines flying a 777/200 series. The ports were 1 slotted so this was perfect that it offers the ability to use either 1 or both plug in connectors. It was small and stayed free of the screen allowing unobstructed view. I used it with Beats headphones and there was no delay in speech pattern/ sound lining up, no static or other interference. I also used it on my tablet and worked as designed. I only used it for 4 hours so can't give 5 star rating on battery life. It's small enough that I just keep it in my beats headphone case. I loved the fact that people getting up to use the restroom or just walk around didn't require me to unplug cords constantly. Would definitely recommend this product!!

This is a good solid product and works as advertised.
Worked Great! Used it on 2 long haul, 14 hour flights and 2 short 2 hour flights. Battery lasted as advertised. When I went to sleep I charged it and when I woke up, connected it up and watched another movie! Size is convenient and is quite simple to connect to. Wish there was a better, more sure fire way to connect though... Sometimes I found myself thinking... “did it connect? Oh yeah... It did!” Good product. Easy to recommend. Sound quality is decent. Especially for it’s intended use. Not Audiophile grade but hey, it’s not like the airline entertainment system is pumping out audiophile grade source material anyway right? It’s perfect for the job.

Works as advertised
Good product. As a different review mentioned, this item does not seem to hold a full charge for more than a few days. However, if you charge it within a few days of intended use, it does fine. This worked very well on a 12-hour transpacific flight on a B777-200 where there was a two-prong outlet. Lasted for at least 5 1/2 hours of use. I then charged it for about 60 min while sleeping just to top it off, and continued using it for most of the rest of the flight. I have not tried it with a single-prong outlet. Keep in mind that its small size makes it easy to accidentally leave behind, so make sure to put it away when it is not in use.

Excelente producto y compacto

Contra: Was ich wirklich blöde finde. Daher Abzug
