Iodine from Kelp
I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis so my nurse practitioner wants me to take supplements to help keep my thyroid healthy since it is under attack from my immune system. Iodine is one of the ingredients that’s helpful for my thyroid. I have issue with supplements making me sick to my stomach when I take them especially on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. However this supplement gives me no trouble with that thankfully. I also like that this is derived from kelp and doesn’t have a lot of extra junk and is also non-GMO.

I bought the iodine in hopes that it would help with my thyroid. I was always exhausted, not motivated and just felt like crap. I can say that I am so glad that I did.
