These are smaller capsules that are easier to take than larger capsules.

For years I have not worked out because just a little would cause me pain. The next day it felt like I had just been throttled. Taking the glutamine stopes that. Now I can push myself and not worry

First I’ve gotta day the capsule form of glutamine makes for a very convenient way to take it. That being said it’s not as strong as other brands I’ve used. Still a good product although I’m tempted to just buy empty caplets and GNC brand glutamine and fill them myself.
