The first day I took it, I had a ton of energy but the days following, I didn't feel it helped much so I stopped taking it. A week later, I remembered reading reviews saying how it helps the longer you take it so I started taking it, again. I will say that I didn't get that surge of energy I got the first day but it does help me feel about 15% more energy than before. Although I know those results aren't astounding but any little bit helps when you have zero energy. I do have a bit more motivation than before. The main reason I continue to take it is that I've noticed that I no longer crave alcohol. When I stopped taking it, the cravings came back. When I started taking it again, the cravings disappeared. So for that alone, I'm grateful because I always have to stay disciplined about not drinking but now I don't even think about it anymore and when someone offers me a drink, I simply politely decline because I don't really feel the need. I haven't drank once since I've been taking it. I also do think it is helping me sleep a bit more deeply, as well. Will update more in a month.
