Not very bright.. fan noise

This item exceeded my expectations. It looks really cheep, but the lights is bright and the DMX does a good job controlling it. You can blend the RGBW colors to make an infinite number of new colors.

Crap I have a flash light with higher output that cost less. Lame

Just what my son wanted

The media could not be loaded.  This is an interesting little pin spotlight that features DMX control, RGBW internal LEDs, and about 10 watts of power. Relative to other similar lights in this category, this light was a bit brighter to my eyes, which is great. The amount of light output is pretty impressive for such a small light. The light also comes in an interesting "gun boat" shape. I'm not entirely sure how such a shape might aid the light’s function, but it didn’t seem to harm anything either. The housing of the unit is plastic, but feels sturdy. It’s probably not quite up to the level of durability as a metal housing would be, but is more than adequate for a light at this price point.I found that during usage there is a very slight bit of fan noise, but that is minor. Internally, the light has four individual LEDs for red, green, blue, and white respectively. These lights can be controlled by buttons on the device or through a DMX controller as well. I appreciate that this light included a manual with a guide explaining how to control the device with the onboard buttons, though usage is pretty intuitive anyway. It’s also nice that the device has buttons and a small screen to navigate control options, as opposed to dip switches and no screen.The light also includes standard mode functions for dimming, strobing, color changing, and the like. When projecting multiple color using more than one of the RGBW bulbs onto a surface, there is some minor misalignment between the individual RGBW lights such that they do not perfectly overlap when projected on the surface. For some applications this might be a minor issue that would render this light less than ideal, but for my purposes it really doesn’t matter.Overall I really like this light for what it is. It works as advertised and does everything that it should do admirably well. It’s a great little pinspot that produces a lot of light for a small price tag, and could be used in a variety of ways for all types of event and venue lighting. Several of these in combination with several flat LED pars could make for a pretty nice introductory event lighting rig.
