Q: Looking for a splitter for 2 headsets with microphones so we can hear and talk to a judge for a court case.

Yes this works for that, we use it for gaming so I can hear and talk in the group chat while my child plays.

Q: Can I plug in 2 Bose Headsets to this?

Yes, you can use it for 2 Bose Headsets. But please notice that when using the mic function, the plugs of microphone and headphone must both be 4 pole TRRS. Q: Assuming two trrs headsets with mics are plugged into both female ports, will the first headset hear the voice of the second headset when talking?

I believe so. I am having this sisue right now when plugging my headset into my phone and another trrs into my PC mic port. The audio from the headset spills into the audio in the other port.

Dear Amazon Customer Yes, MillSO Headphone Splitter can work for a single TRRS headset and a TRRS microphone. Please NOTE: (1) Not work for Apple headphones, Bose/Beats headset. (2) Not work for Condenser microphone. (3) Please make sure your microphone's plug is TRRS standard, TRRS plug has 3 black rings. Otherwise, this splitter cable only transmit audio signal, the mic function will be disabled. Hope this answer can help you ^_^!
