It is easy to assemble and take apart. A good selection of accessories cleans just about anything from cooker hood extractors to anything in bathroom. The 250 ml water tank provides a decent amount of steam. Heat up time is quite short so no real hanging about. The safety on switch can make thumb ache with prolonged use. I am very pleased with its performance and highly recommend it.

Great product and bought at a bargain price. Had to wait a while as comes direct from manufacturer.The jug holds enough to steam a king size duvet and pillow cases, and go over any extra bits, plus a little left, if that helps anyone :)It heats fast, steams well but sadly, only works when the steam button is held down, it doesn't lock into place so if you're using it for a while, it REALLY hurts your thumbs.It's either a safety feature or mine is faulty and doesn't lock open.Shame really, as I've successfully managed to use any other steamer without incident or being nannied!

Husband sneakily used it first and said it did the job of cleaning shower door satisfactorily. I have yet to try it, if I can indeed prize it away from him. He has gone steaming mad with it, so it must be good.

When using the cleaner, the small water tank runs out really quickly and takes an age to cool down before it can be refilled. Ok for very small jobs but impractical for anything else.

I bought this to clean the awkward areas along my stair case and It did clean them really well. I’ve also steam cleaned the curtains and other surfaces and overall it’s done a good job. However, holding down the steam button continuously is awkward depending on what your cleaning and how long for.Personally, I was expecting there to be some sort of lock button to hold the steam function in place but there isn’t on mine. If your only doing a small area it’s not a problem but it hurts your hand and thumb if you’ve got a larger area to steam clean whilst continually holding the button and trying to move the lead.

I am nursing a very burnt hand after trying to unscrew the lid off this product to refill it for the umpteenth time and a massive blast of roasting steam sprayed out missing my face only just but my hand taking most of the damage. I’m petrified to use it again.

Easy to use

Bought this to deep clean my bathroom. Tiles and glass. Did a great job! Only thing that’s a pain is keeping your finger on the button.Excited to clean my oven with it!
