The seller called me personally to ask whether I received the product n did I like it...??.he was polite .The product is sam e as the picture n lovely...will reorder it in near future..

This product is of good quality but it does not fall like advertised. As you can see in the picture attached, each string is of different length even though they have numbered it. The numbers don’t really serve the purpose. I do not like the way it looks so uneven and the brown beads all are different colours, they look nothing like in the image. I am ok with the quality but not how uneven it looks, hence the rating. Also the material is not crystal it’s plastic.

actually i found out that if you go into a room and the beads to your left stay tangled, when you come back in the other direction just make sure they are on your left and they should right themselves...most of the time. if i am expecting company, i tie them back from the middle on the sides. also i hung each strand individually from an acrylic crystal hook with a self adhesive backing, i think that looked better than any kind of curtain rod, and i didnt have to use the nylon ties they included which would have been much less than elegant. they sparkle beautifully and look twice as rich as what they cost.

Very thin beads,barely seen and gets tangled everytime.
