I absolutely love the product if it works. I bought two as gifts and so did not test it until time to give away which was after the deadline to return a very expensive item. Do not make the same mistake. If you order it, please test as soon as you receive it. I emailed the vendor and told them of my issue and they have yet to respond. Good luck.
