This selfie stick extends really long,is fairly compact and easy to insert camera. It was advertised as having a shutter control button integrated into the handle. It was received with a separate remote ti activate the shutter. There are pros and cons to the remote. Pro: You can grip the stick in a comfortable handhold without having to accommodate grip to shutter button. Con: If taking pictures someplace noisy such a highly trafficked area or at the ocean, background noises mask the remote (the shutter action works via sound) making it difficult if not impossible to take pics. Con# 2: What happens if the remote is lost, misplaced or broken?

The button was a little hard to push at first so I had to push down the pink covering. Now the button doesn't work at all. I was only able to get one good use out of it. Not sure if I just happened to get a lemon but kind of disappointing.

Love it for the most part. Hate that the phone is heavy and slides it to the side. But safe for phone. Doesn't fall out. Easy to use.
