Everything about this is great, the sound, the fit, the comfort... BUT the blinking blue light that strobes across the room makes this unusable for me. I tried turning the unit around but then the buttons get pressed accidentally when I turn over in my sleep. I put tape over it but then I can’t see the charging progress. I have a eye mask headset where the blue light is only on while it connects. I will have to try to see if that company makes a headband type because unfortunately this one isn’t the answer.

I admit it takes about ten minutes to figure out how this headband works. Basically you need to realize there’s a hem partway around it to keep the earphones from sliding upwards. Just stick your finger in the slit in the back, and shove them where you need them. There is a raised square above the power button you can feel for when you are trying to power on/off or skip to the next/previous song, or adjust the volume.This headband is good for sleeping, but it also does a great job of keeping sweat from pouring down my face as I get farm chores done. I can also keep my phone in a safe place, away from manure and my pocket where it can fall out, while working.

These headphones are really comfy! I was wearing my AirPods to listen to white noise to go to sleep but I’d wake up and they would have fallen out. My dog snores like a freight train is coming through my room and I have trouble sleeping. While these aren’t noise canceling they do help me to relax and get some sleep. I can lay on my side with no issue. I can charge and get 4-5 nights out of them by setting the Spotify sleep timer without recharging. For the price the design and sound quality is great. If you use them for exercise they do come out of the headband to wash. I think they would be fine for the gym but haven’t tested it out.

For a pair of economy headphones, these provide a deep and rich sound that was unexpected. I use them to listen to movies through Prime or Netflix and a lot of classical music, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the sound quality, while not exactly Bose, was quite good. The major drawback for me is that the earpieces do not completely fit OVER my ears, and because I have a very round head, the fit is tight, so that becomes uncomfortable after an hour or so of constant adjustment. Part of that, too, is that the depth is too much for my head, and they are not adjustable. I am short from the top of my head to my ears, so I have a good inch or more of the connecting piece looming above my head, which pulls the earpieces. S to sum up, great sound for budget headphones, but I wish they were more adjustable.

I got these mostly to help me to fall asleep, which I feel like they are designed for.. However while they are on, there is a bright flashing blue light on the front... So bright, that when I am laying there in the dark I can see it with my eyes closed. So bright, you better not face your partner! I plan on taking the device out so I can apply a piece of duct tape or something to cover the terrible light! Other than that, I like them. You do have to position the ear pieces to be in the right place...They slip around in the head band.. Overall-It's a great idea but I think it could have been designed a little more thoughtfully.

Other phones I have used had bulky wires and plugs on them, these plug directly into the slim control box so there’s less to jab you in the head at night when you’re using. Pairing is a snap, just hold the play button and release when the nice lady tells you you’re connected. I will be buying these from now on!

I bought this for listening to quiet music while going to sleep, and this headband works really well for this purpose. It is a little big for me so I may sew a tiny tuck in the back, but otherwise it is stretchy and comfortable to wear either around my head or around my eyes. The sound quality is very good. The charger port is a little hard to get to, but once you find it and hold the fabric opening still, it's not hard to plug in the charger. I like this product very much.

I can’t fall asleep without listening to a meditation or sleep sounds. I’ve tried other sleep headphones and these are my favorite! The headband is so soft and comfortable. The sound quality is fantastic. The headband is breathable and not hot.
