OEM quality! Powerstroke/Subaru ea190v
If you have a Powerstroke with the subaru engine model ea190v this replacement unit is identical to the one that comes off the machine. Works perfectly. Also comes with extra replacement tubing, a spark plug, and fuel filter. Wors so well I bought a spare!

Works as it should be.
This is exactly for my Subaru EA190V Pressure washer. I changed the spark plug and the carburetor and now is working as new.Is more expensive to take it to get fix.Recommended!

Works great on Costco Yamaha Pressure Washer.
Couldn't find a carb for my Yamaha pressure washer. Checked for a Subaru carb since both engines seems to be made by the same engine builders. Checked a few reviews online and already knew I would have to put my choke linkage onto the Subaru carb but other than that, should work I hope?It was simple enough to switch over the choke levers and the rest was just a bolt on application. It didn't start right off but I realized the carb wasn't letting gas flow thru it, tapped a few times on the fuel bowl and seen the gas finally flowing(I guess stuck float needle valve from setting in the box). Gave it a pull after that and it fired up and ran good as is, no need for any adjustments although this carb does have a few adjustments as the original carb doesn't have any adjustments.Very satisfied with this purchase and I just purchased another one for a backup carb. Don't know how they can make a new carb for under 15 bucks but I'll grab another one for a spare since this first one works great. With all of this newer ethanol gas these days, it really messes up the carburetors on the small engines, at times you need to replace the carbs. Some cases you can clean them out other times easier to just replace them if you can get a half decent replacement.

Fired right up [=
Worked great fired right up and ran perfectly only issue with it is the choke has a spring to keep it open so when you turn the choke on you have to hold it there tell it starts if you have electric start it's not a problem but trying to pull start it and hold choke open is kinda difficult. Verse the original carb it didn't have a spring so it would stay on and when you wanted the choke off you can just push it back in. Hope this make since. still definitely recommended product

It works, its cheap
Years of trouble with occasionally-used pressure washer. After replacing gummed-up carburetor with this one I have used it for approximately 9 hours on a deck project without problems. Given the price, just buying a new one made more sense than trying to de-gum the old one. Note: Some data on-line for Homelite pressure washer with Subaru motor suggests label on machine regarding positions for "choke" and "run" are reversed. At least with respect to this replacement carb, whether the valve is "open" (and thus which position is "start" or "run") depends on which hole on the carb attachment point you use for the choke wire. Right hole = label is correct; wrong hole = label is wrong.

Carb works - gaskets don't
Carb works BUT only ONE of the 4 gaskets is actually the right one for the carb. Be sure to KEEP your old gaskets for reuse. I already had a filter on mine (due to a spare from adding one to my mower). I HIGHLY recommend using this add-on filter (removing any micro-tank filter) to save carb issues. This seems to be the SECOND most common problem besides ethanol gas - always use pure-gas, non-ethanol.

Great replacement carb
swapped it in and the pressure washer fired right up! Was exactly what I needed and went on nice and easy.

Don’t Do It!
First of all, a reviewer stated that this carb works with the Costco Subaru EA190V, not completely true. This carb does not allow the choke function to work as there is not a post that to allows the 3 position switch to activate. So I decided to rob the choke assembly from my old carb. It did fit, but I had to modify the carb body with a 3/16 drill to allow the shaft of the assembly to seat about 1/16” deeper. After these mods the engine fired up and runs good. Now I have a new problem, after the washer sat, I now have a puddle of gas under it, it’s leaking from the throat of the carb. I think the float valve is stuck, I’ll figure it out tomorrow. So my take is stay away from this carb unless you want an hour project.
