Q: What does fuel consumption mean? Does it warn you when you are low on gas or shows your gas gauge?

The unit for fuel consumption is liters/100 km In OBD mode. No fuel consumption information in GPS mode. Unit displays three kinds of fuel consumption. A: Idle mode displays instantaneous fuel consumption per hour (L/H). B: driving mode instantaneous fuel consumption of 100 km. C: finish driving average fuel consumption of 100 km when turning off the car. Display will then automatically turn off in 10 seconds. (this information is as per the instruction pamphlet included with unit).

Q: Clock format? 12 vs 24 hr.

For GPS Clock is "00:00-23:0" default is GMT+8 adjust to time zones. For OBD it displays what whatever you have your cars clock set at. (as per instruction page). For OBD

Q: Does it display what the actual road speed is and what speed you are going?

In GPS mode it will display actual speed via GPS. In OBD mode it displays speed information as per the vehicle speedometer. OBD mode allows adjustment for precise vehicle speedometer match calibration.
