Simple and effective resistance
Love this product, especially during this lock down period. Its simple to use and very effective in adding a resistance to exercises. I use it mainly to add resistance to my warm up and drills but also to make bodyweight circuits harder. Personally I'm a sprinter and I also use this product to aid in my pre race warm ups to reslly get the legs firing.

Amazing product
You can really see the difference after a couple of sessions. My squats have got more explosive and powerful and you can see improvements in the height you can jump also. Would really recommend.
