I only write reviews on products i find amazing! This pillow exceeded my expectations!!!! I absolutely love it and believe me, I've gone through dozens others in search of the perfect pillow. I'm not a huge fan of firm pillows at all, I also find the softer ones lacking support. This pillow is a happy medium with the perfect balance between softness and firmness. I woke up with no neck or shoulder pain and no headache!! Yes, the pillow had a smell first out of the box, as to be expected from memory foam, but it's not a problem after airing it out for at least 24 hours and washing the cover first. The pillow seems to be of high quality memory foam, not like the ones you get at the store. I've spent so much money on pillows in search of the perfect pillow and $50 seems to be a good value for this one because of the high quality material, the relief of pain, and the quality of sleep I've been receiving. If you're experiencing neck pain and headaches I highly recommend you try this pillow!

5 stars because if you like hard pillows, it's perfect, - well made with care and options. (I hated my current pillow so I ordered 6 different ones, of which this was one, so I've got some comparison) It has a neck support side and a snore prevention side, both of which are comfortable (considering it's extra dense memory foam) - and the neck curve is different for each. It has nicely supported areas for side sleepers that are proper distance from the mattress for head and neck support, and it's nicely flat (some of the others slope downward too soon so your head ends up feeling as if it's going down hill - that's not the case with this pillow) It comes in an exterior case of organic cotton. Altogether a really perfect pillow.Except.......I did not see / read the "extra dense" part of the description so to me, the pillow feels hard as a rock and I'm returning it. If I'd noticed "extra dense" I would not have bought it - which makes me kind of like the pillow - dense.

I have only had the pillow for a short time and slept on it for about three days. I do think it is helping make a difference in how my neck feels. I need to give it more time to fully tell if it is beneficial. I will come back and amend my review next month.The pillow took a couple of days to get into shape. It comes rolled up and flattened out.Today I received an email from the seller with the below tip/information. I wish this information was included in the box because I was concerned the pillow I got was a dud since it took so long to puff up to normal size."Once unrolled, the pillow may appear flat, please pat down & massage the pillow with some force to activate the memory foam and help it regain its intended shape. Pillow feels grat when you first lay on it. It has a nice curve for your neck. But, it heats up a fair amount at night and holds the heat. Also, that curve once heated smashes down. Ultimately, it ends up being a warm firm pillow. For me, that is better than an average pillow, but it doesn't make it a great pillow. I'm still on the hunt for a pillow. 3 months of use on this pillow for reference.

I purchased this pillow after years of suffering from a neck injury. I have used it for a week, and I've truly never rested better. The pillow is constructed to comfort your head and shoulders, while the smallest of indentations is perfectly situated, so that when I lie down, my neck is supported, and I have no pain. Best investment I've made in a long time. I am grateful to the makers of this product and would highly recommend it.

I bought this pillow because I’m constantly waking up with a sore neck. Ever since a shoulder injury from lifting, my neck gets very tight and cracks when I stretch it.With my previous memory foam pillow, I’d use my hand to ball it up some for additional neck support. I was looking all over for a replacement when I came across this one, which I almost didn’t buy because the reviews left it with 4 stars. Seemed a bit low to me.I read that most people have an issue with the firmness of the pillow.Yes, it is very firm and you don’t sink in, but it offers just the right support that it’s incredibly comfortable on the neck! The reason I bought it was actually because of the complaints about the firmness, because I knew that’s exactly what I needed.Buy this pillow, and if it’s not for you, they accept returns.

I have been suffering with cervical neck pain and could find no relief. I tried all kinds of pillows including an expensive purple pillow. They actually made it worse. I bought this pillow and when I first saw it I was unsure if there was anything special about but but let me assure you it is special. It holds my head straight in alignment with my body. My head feels like it is cradled by some heavenly cloud supporting it. The first night I slept with this pillow I slept for 11 hours straight without moving. Talk about sound sleep! Believe me this pillow is great if you suffer from neck or upper back pain. By day 2 my pain was gone!!! I am sold on this pillow and will continue to buy more if this one wears out. Buy it, you won't be sorry. Also the cover on the pillow is very comfy and soft, there is a zipper on the back so you can take it off and wash it.

Has helped my wife with neck and shoulder pain from sleeping. It is too firm for my liking though.
