I don't really spend a lot of time taking care of my feet - almost never, actually. I don't go for pedicures or put cream on my feet regularly so they've gotten really dry and really, really callused. When I started to get these cracks in my heels, I decided I needed to do something. My friend recommended this cream and I am amazed at the difference it has made! I just put it on before bedtime, like they recommend and now I wish I had started doing it years ago. It's so easy and my feet look so much better. I wouldn't normally spend so much on a cream but this is definitely worth the money. I am a happy camper!

I love the ingredients in this lotion.... on paper. No paraben's? Great job. However, this product feels somewhat watery when wet and very chalky when dry with a white residue on my nail beds afterwards. No moisture. I think if the manufacturer mixed this with coconut oil 50/50 you would then have a better product. According to a dermatologist, 20% urea works on skin fissures, red chapped skin, psoriasis, etc. Maybe no need for 40%? Not totally sure. I wanted to like this product, but it is a no go.

Foot doc suggested a 40% urea foot cream for my foot calluses. I tried this product because of its cost and well as its strait forward formulation, without use of extraneous ingredients that I felt my flair up my contact allergies. The major additional ingredients consisting of shea butter, sunflower oil and aloe gel. I've seen a definite improvement in my dry cracked skin. Will definitely continue using.

The foot cream works, however, like others have said, this leaves massive amounts of white/chalky residue on skin. Will drain your carpets unless you wash residue off (which then prolly minimizes effect). Won’t buy this brand again.

Highly Recommended! I have tried another brand & this is the definite winner! Doesn’t have a strong smell & is more of a lotion than an ointment like gel as another brand.

I get a dry painful rash on the tips of my fingers. Noticed it when I'm home cleaning and washing dishes a lot. Urea is the only thing that helps! Does leave slight residue but doesn't bother me. Try it you'll like it!

Being 8 pregnant and having 4 boys at home doesn’t give me a lot of time to pamper myself, let alone take care of my feet. So my feet look as dry and scaly as winter even though it’s only fall. Decided to try this foot cream product and within a few days of applying it, my feet are looking normal and soft. So happy I tried this and look forward using this all winter and not having scaly/ dry feet.

The product is not a creme or paste, very liquidified. Almost impossible to rub in so much fluid. Maybe unique to urea or combination of ingredients but know other products sold in a tube as creme.
