Relaxzen Shiatsu Massage Cushion with Heat for Lower Back, Gray

Got this a while back and now that I have it, I can't live without it! It heats up and the shiatsu massagers have two different rotation options; clockwise or counterclockwise. It's just the right size that I can place it where I need it but still get good coverage. I mostly use it for my back but I also sometimes use it for my feet and it is wonderful! Two massagers for the price of one! This is a great great GREAT product and worth every penny! I can't recommend this enough!

I am in love with my purchase. I love the size of this item because I can take it anywhere with me. The shiatsu massage is my favorite because it really knows how to work the key problematic areas. My lower back is always aching and with the kneading technique this item has is amazing! The heat is also wonderful because it allows the increase of blood flow which is the first step to healing! I highly suggest buying this item for yourself - it is also the perfect size for gifting in my opinion.

It doesn't heat up much, I can barely feel it. Other than that, it does the job okay; If you like strong massages, this may not be strong enough. I wish it has higher levels of massage strengths.

Works great all and all - gives nice directed massaging with pretty nice force, and with the strap it comes with you can move it up and down on the back of your chair to focus on specific areas (the kneading beads themselves don't move up and down at all - they just rotate to whichever direction you set them to). It takes a while to heat up, but once it does it gets really warm! Including the heater option, it comes with the two options for the the two rotation directions. Cable is fairly long which is nice - wish you could adjust which side of the item the cable comes out of, but it looks like it's stitched to come out of the right side. It's pretty quiet too, which is also a plus. Fairly pricy, but it does function well and the quality looks good.

My husband has a lot of back problems, so we were looking to get him one from Brookstone. They are so expensive though so we turned to the internet and found this one. It has done wonders for his back and he was thoroughly impressed. He can actually go on a run now without going to the ER.To use it, all you have to do is strap it to a chair, and lay against it. I have even propped it up on the couch and used it there without using the straps. Great product especially for the price.

I had hoped this would be something that I could bring to work and plug in to use occasionally for a massage but daily for the heat or support...WRONG!!!! It is so oaunful that I could never leave it on my chair. Also as a massage it hits the wrong spots and it just is not worth it. Save the money and get a real massage, you'll be much happier...and so will your back!

Wow, I am shocked how strong this massager is. At first it kind of hurts, but then it gets really warm and feels great. I have a lot of knots in my upper back and this really helps. Also, it helps you sleep much better because you're not hurting.

I really like this back massager except I'm going to need to return it for the second time in a month. It is powerful, deep kneading and very hot (when it works). The first one I got, the heat only worked on one side. The second one worked for about a week and now the heat on this one only works on one side as well. It looks like others have stated the same issue with the heat so I should have known. I don't know if I will ask for a replacement for a second time or a refund.
