Hi. does this pump have a 1/4 sae thread connector? i need that in order to connect it to my vacuum chamber. otherwise, what condenser would i need?

I believe it is a BSPT 1/4" connector but I'm waiting for a thread gauge set to arrive to confirm. It definitely is not SAE. You can get a few turns if you use SAE but it will not seal without copious amounts of thread sealant. Unless they are shipping various threaded outputs the other answer which states it is SAE is, in my experience, 100% incorrect.

How well does this maintain the vaccum? I was thinking on using it for a vaccum fixture and it will need to maintain vaccum for the time I run my cnc.

The pump itself will turn on and off as needed however maintaining the vacuum is dependent on how well your chamber is sealed. If you have leaks in the system there is nothing the pump can do about that other than keep running. All your connections should be tight and any threaded joints should be sealed with teflon tape. If your system is well sealed the pump will work just fine.

Do I need to purchase a valve to regulate the vacuum pressure? Or does this come with a valve adjustment?

That blue knob is for adjusting. It won’t turn the pump off but you can adjust.
