Nice tool for pulling this off the ground
I purchased this to use to pull things off the ground such as boards, sheet metal, and tree trimmings that grass has grown up around them. I purchased this because I have trouble leaning over plus it has the added benefit of not putting your hand on things that might have animals under it. The tool is very sturdy and works great.

Great for cutting off or pulling out weeds
I bought 2 other similar types of tools to help remove big weeds without having to get on my knees and pull it by hand. This Bully tool is the only one that really worked. It does need some sharpening, but one you use it, you'll have to sharpen it anyway, so nothing lost there. Regarding the other two tools, the end piece of one fell off the 3rd time I used it to pull out a weed. The other was too light weight. The Bully tool is fairly heavy duty and well made, so should last a long time.

Blade is painted.
I was expecting the blade to be sharp. It's blunt and painted. I will use a grinder to sharpen it. Looks very sturdy and great size.

Does NOT remove weeds from between pavers...
I ordered this paver weed puller a week ago and was excited when it arrived today to start tackling the weeds growing all over our main walkway pavers to the house and side yards. They are out of control and this looked to be the tool you could run between them and out popped the weed. When it arrived I noted its construction appeared to be very well made. It was a little short in length but, I figured if it removed the weeds on 1-2 pulls, the length wouldn't matter. I also noticed that the head to remove the weeds was not sharp and a little thicker than I expected from the pictures. That said, it's advertised as a, "paver puller," for weeds so I expected it to do just that.Boy was I wrong and to say I was disappointed is an understatement.Every time I used it on a weed between a paver it seemed to only pull a part of the weed out leaving a, "stripped," root still in the paver space. And when I tried to go over it again, the remaining weed wouldn't budge. But, to be fair, I went to a few different locations and tried using the tool on different size weeds with all resulting in the same problem; the weeds only partially came out and you have to pick the rest by hand. And, if that wasn't bad enough, it scrapped two of my pavers as well.Personally, I do not think this should be advertised as a paver weeder. Perhaps if you had nothing but large weeds and wider spaces between the pavers it might work better. But, for my needs, this tool would have ended up a dust gatherer so I returned it the same day it was received.

Not what I'd intended to buy, but will probably find a use for it somewhere.
Bought this as it was advertised as a "bean hook" - it is not, it is a weed pulling hook or driveway crack cleaning hook. The bean books that I know from summers spent walking beans have a straight, sharp blade on the front and a curved sharp blade on the back. They are built to cut weeds. Yes that means leaving the roots in the ground. This Bully Tools hook has a much thicker and very dull blade, intended for pulling, not cutting. The front end is also bent at about a 15 degree angle, which makes the traditional cutting "stab" and then "yank" method of a proper bean hook impossible. I had purchased this for dealing with some bamboo in my yard. It failed miserably, just sliding off in both directions. I picked this for, among other reasons, the fact it was available with Prime shipping - where-as the Ames bean hook (which is what I had originally gone looking for) wasn't. Probably should have read the reviews closer before plunking down the admittedly reasonably priced $25.

Solid product
I’m using it to help remove the poly metric sand from in between pavers. It’s working great. Holding up dispute a rough job. It’s not bending or fatiguing. Very happy with it

It's okay but still requires a lot of effort. Does not seem sharp enough to cut weeds. Whole idea was to have something that made weeding easier for this almost "80"lady.
