I purchase this table on march 22nd 2020 for my one daughter. I got it from the seller OlympicWireless. I am highly impressed from that tablet as it is sturdy, brand new, and in original packaging. I REORDERED the same tablet from my orders screen on April 15th 2020. I did not notice the seller has now changed to Energy Electronics. The tablet I received was NOT the same. It was the same brand and size. However it looked used. It was thinner and looked like a different model. It was not in its original packaging, and the battery was completely dead and had to be charged for 20 mins just to even get it to turn on.I like the original tablet I received, I would return the tablet I got with the 2nd order however My daughter needs something ASAP for school due to home schooling due to COVID-19. Please keep a eye on the sellers and full descriptions!

No sé porque pero ordene dos tabletas y no se porque las dos cabezas de los cargadores se calientan demaciado y son muy lentas cargando y cuando están cargadas al 💯 la carga les dura al máximo 30 o 35 minutos no se me parece una buena comprá

I bought this tablet for my nephew for Christmas. His sister had one for 2 yrs and it's still working great. He was happy he had his own. Around march the tablet started freezing we thought it was the apps so we did the basics closing apps and he complained that he couldn't touch certain things. We assumed he wasnt touching it right. Then in April it broke we couldn't touch the bottom half of the tablet screen it stopped working. The power button works and only the 1st row of numbers work but anything below doesn't. Even if we wanted to reset it we cant touch anything to confirm it or factory reset it seems the whole bottom half broke. The seller only gave 1 month to return. Probably because it was a lemon or refurbished tablet.I took it into a shop to try and fix they told me it was something inside and they would have to order a new screen and other parts. Which would've cost more than a new tablet. DO NOT BUY IT OR ANYTHING FROM SELLER.

I got this a a free promotion and have been disappointed since. It is very slow and takes forever to load anything. If it actually cost me money, I would take it back and get my money back.
