I really like these subs for a few reasons. Really good, quality, hard hitting bass for a good price and don’t require a ton of power. I have blown one, it was really old though and the magnet made for the ultimate nail and screw picker-upper. If you don’t need it for that, and happen to blow two speakers, attach one to each end of a barbell and do some bench press. These things weigh a ton.

This eminence lab12c sub is very good for the price.
Subwoofer was bought at half the price from warehouse. Received in practically new condition. I like the all black with no logo look. Sounds great, especially in a ported box. Good response in kick bass and gets decently loud, not the loudest, but enough for my daily listening. Never heard of this brand before and so I thought I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised, but if you want loud thumping bass, there are probably better subs suited for that purpose. I have this sub in a 1.5 cubic foot net vented box at 36hz. Not ultra low, but I like it for my needs.

Very nice.. surprising out put from such a compact design
very tight and punchy and still rumbles in my small 4th order enclosure .. its created the thunder sound that i wanted to back up my main bass stage.. doe not need too much power but handles double its RMS very well...
