I just about die choking whenever I try to take a pill, so these are great because you don't have to swallow them at all. I heat up a small coffee cup of milk in the microwave, add some chocolate syrup, separate the capsule (they pull apart) and dissolve them in the drink. I gave a high score for flavor because it doesn't seem to have any.

I have been taking these probiotics for about a week now and I can already tell a difference. I take vitamins everyday, and I feel that when I take the probiotics, my vitamins give me more energy, as if they are absorbed by my body more efficiently. I have also noticed less bloating and less indigestion. Definitely recommend.

Was really happy to find an item with all the good ingredients. Have used one of their products before & was satisfied. Seems I didn't notice one ingredient when I purchased - label shows "in a base of maltrodextrin". I seem to be allergic to Maltodextrin which is usually made with gmo corn. Giving to a less sensitive friend. If it works for them will update later.

I absolutely love this pre/probiotic! I have been what you might say a probiotic snob for years. I always thought it had to be refrigerated and spent way too much money on mine. This one is a fraction of the cost and the only one I've noticed a difference with. It is freeze dried so it can actually survive heat as it travels to my gut. I have digestive issues and have most of my life. I feel like I can finally tolerate foods better and I just feel so much better. This is the only pre/probiotic I will ever use! Love this stuff!
