Corelle Coordinates by Reston Lloyd 6-Piece Enamel on Steel Bowl/Storage Set, Simple Lines

I bought my daughter the matching dishes set, and these compliment it perfectly! Stylish, sturdy, and beautiful.

I bought this set and three other coordinated sets at the same time. I was unfortunately somewhat disappointed with all four sets. This was very unusual because I'm usually not all that hard to please.My main complaint with these bowls was that even though they were sold and packaged as new they all showed signs of distress.This may very well be because they had been stored and shelved for so long, but that is only a guess on my part.There is a significant ding on the inner layers of at least one of the bowls .... you can see a small spot of bare metal. I don't think it is big enough to be have a harmful effect on food stored in it, though.They are also somewhat smaller than I had expected them to be.Had I seen these bowls sitting on a shelf in a store, I would have looked to see if there were any others there in better condition. And if there weren't, then I probably would have passed on buying them.I was of half a mind to return them but at the time I just didn't have the money on hand to pay for the shipping.I looked everything over again and, while it was disappointing that everything wasn't all pretty and new-looking, they didn't look any worse off than the Callaway things I already owned.As a matter of fact, they blended right in.(I had started collecting Calloway back in 1994 and they are my everyday dishes, bowls, etc and not my "for-good" stuff, so everything shows signs of use and distress.)So, anyway, I decided I might as well keep them.The lids all fit tightly and they wash up beautifully. And so far, there has been no staining.I am glad now that I kept them.

I bought this a while ago and I wasn't sure about buying online. I have to admit I love them!! I am buying another set!! They are sturdy! Easy to clean! Easy to store in the cabinet! Pretty! I adore them!! Not too big, not too small. I seriously LOVE them! And nicely priced!! and I believe they make a great gift, both my daughter in laws will be getting a set!

I wanted lightweight food storage containers which would be easy to wash. Oil is impossible to get off of plastic containers, you can wash them once, twice or even three times, and they still won't be clean. Glass is great, but too heavy and doesn't stack or nest well, so they take up a lot of space when empty. These coated steel containers are perfect - oil comes off with one wash, they're lighter than glass, and they store compactly.The quality was much better than I expected. I have a similar set, handed down from my dad, where the coating is chipped and the lids are cracked. This new set is made from much thicker gauge steel and heavier, thicker plastic for the lids as well. The plastic for the lids is also rather soft and pliable, so I don't see them cracking any time soon. Perhaps with age, they'll get more brittle and prone to cracking, but so far, I don't think they'd be easy to crack at all.I use these strictly for storage, and I don't microwave or wash them with a dishwasher. Those two restrictions don't bother me, I don't need to microwave in them and I wash everything by hand anyway.I'm planning on replacing most of my plastic containers with these.

A+ love this set, the quality is just fine

I liked the smaller size and the tight fitting lids but had to return since 2 of the 3 containers had compromised enamel coatings. Please note the striations in the left dish in the photo and the black chip on the right dish. These flaws will allow dish to corrode with use. Fortunately, Amazon has a wonderful return process and policy.

These bowls have a modern, unconventional design, and they are of good quality. Just too expensive, and description somewhat misleading (6- peace could be understood like 6 bowls). Overall, much needed for kitchen chores.

Matches my dishes perfectly. Had to return set due to a slight imperfection but Amazon was kind enough to send another replacement. That is why I gave it four stars. Will use them to store and serve food. Wish it did not have the metal trim. Would have liked to place it in the microwave oven for heating up left overs. I do like that they are not heavy and stack easily within each other!Its 4 months later and one of the lids has cracked. I do not place lids in the dishwasher, I wash them by hand. Not very pleased with the purchase.

Beware, however – the lid isn't leak-proof, so while it's good for storing soup at home, you don't want to store soup to take on a trip.

The kids are very flimsy and breaks easily.

I would have give a 5 star if the lids didn't break, plastic lids started ripping when trying to open them
