Q: Will this jug fit my fridge door, the width of my door shelf is 10.5 cm (4-1/8").

I should think so it gets slightly wider the jug half way up Great jug well worth buying

Q: Is their any other cartridges compatible with this.

I use the Maxtra type cartridges. You can buy unbranded ones on Amazon in bulk quantities that work out cheaper.

Q: I don't understand how to reset it? The manual says press a button and wait for the flash under the lid but I don't see anything?

Have not had to replace the filter yet, however I Googled it and there is a video on YouTube of how to set up this water jug and filter. Does your jug have a round dial with black and red lettering like a car speedo clock? If so you can actually move the dial yourself by twisting it round from the top. I don't think you need to press the white box underneath the lid to reset it.

Q: Can I use Brita Maxtra / Brita Maxtra + filters in this jug

Yes you can, you can also use Glacier Fresh GF 59 cartridges as well as the Maxtra. The GF 59 are excellent.
