Can this be used to repair a crack in concrete foundation poured 50 years ago?

Absolutely! There is no issues in using the Flexomeric resins to repair older poured concrete foundations.

Can this be used on a block foundation?

I don’t see why not. I usually drill holes about 7 inch spacing to get the resin in deep. Block is hollow but may be filled with cement so you may need extra resin which you can purchase. If the crack is wide then drilling may not be required. Good luck

My crack is about an inch wide and about one ft in length. Can i still use this product?

The product says that it’s for cracks 1/16” to 1/2” wide. But it’s so easy and cheap compared to alternative fixes that I would still try it.

How many feet does one kit cover?

I'd say 8-12 feet of crack. The deciding factor is the number of ports and the amount of epoxy, not the foam itself. And I was very happy with the kit.
