There is sugar in this, it’s not listed in the ingredients list though.. so what is added for sugar?

Pyure's added sugars are from the residuals that occur during the manufacturing process. This means that Pyure shares manufacturing equipment with other brands that use sugar in their ingredients. Although the lines are cleaned in between uses, it is very difficult to get all of the residual sugars out of the lines. Although Pyure does not use sugar as an ingredient, we must account for the residuals in our nutrition facts. Pyure's sweetness comes stevia and erythritol
