Could you use this to repair a seam on waterproof leggings

As your I assume trying for an invisible repair I'm not sure but I would use a bicycle repair patch cut to size and used internally to hold the material together before using the glue

I was trying to glue plastic to plastic and after 48 hours the glue had not properly set. In fact the glue was still tacky. Would not buy again!
