I disliked the disapointment on my Grandson's face, when he discovered this "COOL Gun" wouldn't work. Almost $43.00 Christmas present didn't work. Do you have any type of quality control at your company? If you do, you should fire them. This was a Christmas present, that when he opened it, he was thrilled with. When he discovered it didn't work, who did he look at? His Grandparents who had let him down. This product doesn't even merit one star. Rest assured we will never do business with you again.
