Yes, you can use Windows but you have to have iTunes installed on your computer.

Q: Im sorry if this isnt the right place to ask but has anyone else had problems with the ipod disconnecting from the wifi randomly?

I haven't had that with this device, but sometimes WiFi signals are goofy and a device is constantly searching for a connection if a signal isn't very strong or if it's bogged down by a lot of internet traffic. I have had this with other devices during storms and especially lately with all the holiday internet shopping, etc. my signal gets bogged down. I don't use my Touch for internet so I don't know how susceptible it is to that but I sometimes have issues with my laptop and Kindle Fire. Maybe your internet provider can help you out?

There is already some of that GB being used up. I would say 32 minimum but I would be more comfortable with 64. It can depend on how much music and all that stuff you have. I think I had something like 28 GB free space when I got mine I think. There is a radio but it's not am/fm it's like Pandora I guess.
